Hey everyone! So today has been pretty ok. I've had an orange, and I went on a walk. Now I'm going to the gym for a few hours. I'm doing pretty good with the food the past couple of days. But I feel afraid that I'm gonna get weak again. What inspires you all to keep going when you're having thoughts of eating, or giving up, or just a weak moment? I really need some insane inspirations somedays, and then other days I don't need to look at or read anything. Ugh, well anyway. I hope everyone is doing amazing today! Current Mood: energetic
